The place smelled really good. There was a lot going on in all the cases so it was hard to focus on what I wanted and for someone who isn't very tall, it was hard to see their glass or product that was on higher shelves. The gentleman helping us was nice, but it was really hard to hear him. Pricing compared to the other three places I visited is a bit higher.

Once, I recieved a promotional text mentioning $4 full grams for the day. When I walk in, I'm told that the promotion was incorrect and that they didn't have any grams in house that were that price. I was then offered higher priced items for sale. Another time, I place an order online for a full gram joint (didn't need much, was going on a hike) when I walked in, I was told that there were printing issues, but if I knew what I ordered, he could grab it for me. I told him. And he brought me a half gram joint under the same strain. I told him that what I ordered online mentioned it was a full gram joint. He apologized and told me it was incorrect, but he could get me another one. Thus, up charging my original order. I'm not suggesting there's a problem with the folks who work there, but with the service and corresponding detail. I also sense that it could be a marketing ploy to get people in the shop, only to have to buy more products to fit their original needs. It's incredibly frustrating, and it wastes my time when I could be headed to another location with fair deals and better product.

Fantastic interior followed up with great service from the friendliest staff. If you're looking for a great deal or just top shelf products look no further than here!

Hello Diego Pellicer, Thank you for a wonderful experience with my recent purchase of a CO2 vape cartridges. The staff was very patient, friendly, and very eager to teach me the difference of a certain strain lineage. The prices, selections and staff make Diego Pellicer a favorite spot to pick up my cannabis medication. I live about 20 miles away but have not yet found a dispensary that can offer more than you guys. Keep up the great work 5/5. was almost a daily regular at Diego and grew to know staff well due to schedules that didnt change. Diego catered to my age group 50s. Now that its Zips they definitely have ruined the whole thing. Regular budtenders have all over schedules. New staff are young and somewhat inexperienced. Music is always loud and often offensive. Zips you are chasing a large group of customers to other locations.

After today I'm not likely to return. I did an online order and checked it since the last couple times there have been errors. Today was no different, yet I catch it before I left the store. The young lady assisting me was very nice & went over/beyond to fix the issue. Now the "Manager" was a different story he was rude, lacked good customer service skills & when I asked for the receipt to very all was correct he had the nerve to make a smart ass remark. Not cool @ all. Train up your staff. It definitely is different from the previous owners. And not really for the Better. Angela js still there, and my favorite. And the young lady assisting me today (Didn't catch her name, she had a patch on her eye).

Staff is always helpful and kind, willing to listen to you and help find the product you want.

I was overwhelmingly unimpressed by This location. Staff was unfriendly/unresponsive to questions. The selection and quality was fine, but this being the “high end” establishment I was really underwhelmed. Maybe you have better stuff but your staff sucks so hard that your clientele can’t find it. There are much better places in Seattle to get your weed. Don’t get sucked in by their SEO for “high end cannabis Seattle”, it’s worse than most of the pack.

budtenders that don't know basic products. I went in asking for a product, she had no idea what I was talking about so instead of asking or trying to find me the information she just suggested whatever was in front of her. top notch salesmanship...

This is the direction it's going. I don't know if its a good thing or bad thing. The music was terrible, think LA retail abercrombie and Fitch... the bud selection is ok...but the top shelf is a bit handicapped in my opinion. Prices were pretty good overall but I was in on their %50 off day... the best purchase I made was purple punch. the bubba kush was ok.

Last 2 times ordered via Leafly, the product I ordered wasn't available. Was asked if I wanted to switch to a different one.

This place is awesome and in a great location. If you know what you want order online and pick it up, you save a bit and they always have it ready quick and easy! Thank you guys!!

The best place

Ive only been here a couple times, the building is nice, exterior is nice but its hard to see except for the sign holder, the interior looks like a museum and the staff are nice and helpful not just salesmen it feels genuine walking in like a mom and pop establishment. and 4 star quality isnt because ive gotten anything bad out of there yet but havent tried enough variety to give a full 5 star yet

Heard about this swanky dispensary when I was planning my trip out to Seattle. I know that they are affiliated with the Kush tour and wanted to check it out. Super cool vibe with perfectly placed merchandise in glass cases that stretch as high as the ceiling. Everything I purchased was top notch!

For real every time I go in there I feel like I'm Scarface! Check out Derek he's a great human & will go out of his way to help you out! Great place and quality.

Excellent location! When I drive to Diego Pellicur, off of the arterial when you turn into the driveway the parking lot is easy access on the right connected to the building. Advertising $6 a gram, the lowest price for premium Mary Jane. Discounted products here are still prime quality. When you walk in the staff are friendly, and the products I don't have time to write about in-depth as I wouldn't able to articulate explain the number one reason why I like to visit here after work. Been coming here since I heard they had Gold Leaf.

I didn't actually buy anything but I give the store a high five on all fronts. The quality of the products on display was very high. I would have taken advantage of the current sale but I was overwhelmed. I shouldn't have smoked a big j minutes before.
