Overall great 5-star experience at Dragonfly Health. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the moment I called the person answering the phone was super helpful. I got an appointment right away. I was greeted by both girls at the front desk on my visit. I received an excellent education from Shawna. The overview of the program, what to expect at the dispensary, and methods of taking the medicine were perfect. I plan to take more classes with Shawna. I loved how they had a friendly medical assistant to speed up the visit. This was exactly like a normal doctor visit. The provider was supportive, super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I can't give enough stars. I will be telling everyone to come here. As a woman, it was awesome to see an all woman practice so down to earth and understanding of my worries, my condition, and need for easing me into the program. Thanks!!! I felt the price was good. Wait time was under 10 minutes. Appointment length was good and never felt like it dragged on. All staff was great. Office was clean and professional. They had water and even candy for patients. I like how I could call, email, text or online chat with staff for appointments. I received text and phone confirmations for my appointment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking. They even have locations in Vineland and Princeton.

I have nothing but great things to say about Drangofly, everyone is very helpful. They make everything very easy. I called when I job was not going to hire me, because I had my medical card. They were very helpful on the information I needed and followed up with to make sure everything was OK.

The ladies who answered the phone were very helpful and kind. They bent over backwards to help me with a few complications. The doctor I spoke to didn't rush me, and she was compassionate and understanding. I would happily refer friends to them.
