She is an excellent clinician who thoroughly reviewed my records, took time to listen to me and answered any questions I had. Other than a few minor, technical issues, everything went smoothly. Dr Merchant was thorough and professional. He handled the situation like a champ. Couldn't have been much easier.

Everyone I dealt with was helpful. Even when I was a little troubled about answering a particular question, they were patient and let me do a little research. I came back to them a couple hours later and continued the process. It went quickly and my card is on the way.
