Supremely easy process with good doctor interaction. The online check-in forms made the actual appointment pretty quick because my doctor came into the appointment knowing exactly what my issues were and talked me through how to use and possible side effects. Very helpful with resolving an issue with the upload of the approval and recommendation to the application. Once I brought this to their attention, they were on it! All was fixed within a matter of minutes. Very happy I went with them in getting my renewal recommendation. The doc was friendly and asked a lot of questions to ensure I was comfortable with Cannabis.

I went to get my allotment renewed and increased. Prior to Elevate I was using a different company for 2 years. I’m glad I found a company that really puts patients first! I was seen and within minutes after visiting with the doctor was approved for my renewal. They even streamlined a service that seemed very complicated the first time… by offering a full service option so I can simply just take care of my state fee. This company seems to be doing something right :)
