I was nervous about trying this kind of therapy, but the process was efficient and the staff were kind, friendly, respectful, and compassionate. I had a telemedicine visit, which couldn’t be more convenient (and safe during these pandemic times). Becky, Dallas, Dr Richardson, and William were all great, transparent, and very helpful. Highly, highly recommended!

I have renewed here 2 times. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They accomodate walk ins when available. I scheduled my appointment and had to cancel and reschedule and they were able to fit me in before my card expired! They were able to fax my doctor to get my records so I did have to wait to get my card a little bit longer (only until my doctor faxed them the records). They made sure to contact me regarding the wait and when they were able to finally submit for my card. Thank you so much.

I really enjoyed getting my recert here. There was immediate availability for video appointments as well as in office. The office had great communication, providing me with all necessary information and documentation via email prior to my appointment. I was able to gather needed documents and send it to them via email ahead of time which made my appointment very efficient. The check in person was very nice and handled all my questions and concerns. The Dr was very nice, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place for your next certification.

Seen the doctor on Sunday, had the renewal Monday evening confirmed. Great service spot on paperwork. Very happy with this visit, the provider I was using had went out of business, this was worth the drive.

I live in Tucson. I called to inquire and verify price including all additions. I was told $250-, which was what I found online. I scheduled a telemedicine appointment for the following afternoon. I completed intake forms online before the appointment. I received the link to the Google platform and was checked in before the scheduled time. The doctor came in the call shortly, we chatted briefly and he said he had all he needed. I had to send in NO documents other than my photo & Driver License. In 25 hours I had emails Fri. AZ Health Department with approval. I would definitely use this service again. Quick, friendly and efficient. Thank you!
