On time. Knowledgeable. Dr. Follette and his staff are very friendly and helpful. The office is small but it didn’t affect my experience which has been excellent. *Not a dispensary so I didn’t check “I’d shop here again.” At the time I’m writing this, marijuana is still not sold for recreational purposes in NYS so prices are still pretty high.
