As someone who was a first timer, my experience couldn't be more pleasing !!!! I was subject to excellent customer service, the staff was very friendly and the doctor was very keen on helping and educating me.
It was my first time applying online for a medical card, but it wasn’t as difficult as I thought. It only took me about 2 minutes to go through their application form and fill out my personal details along with the required details about my condition. It was only possible because of helping OMC’s team.
It is amazing how easy and convenient it was for me to get my recommendation. Considering this was the first time that I had tried out this place, I got through the whole process pretty quickly. The staff was really friendly. But along with that, they were also very knowledgeable. They talked me through the whole process and got me my recommendation fast.
