Quick Hit

Newleaf has standardized the cannabis buying experience. Stores follow a cookie-cutter aesthetic so that cannabis consumers know what to expect from one store to the next.

Vibe

Bright and fresh! This store—like all Newleaf outlets—offers few distractions from the main attraction. Bud samples are featured front and centre on a table-height display while a customer service counter lines the back wall.

The space is outfitted in beech-coloured wood fixtures and contrasted by a macro image of foliage that washes the wall in cool, deep green. There are few other embellishments found throughout, giving the store a very utilitarian vibe that feels approachable and unpretentious.

A dozen or so sensory jars offer consumers a chance to sniff and inspect select bud samples at their own pace. Friendly, knowledgeable customer service staff are also available and eager to assist in the search for the right cannabis strains and products for each consumer.

A round pedestal table propped with a pair of chairs carves out space for deeper discussion if need be. Orders are fulfilled at the back counter where staff accept payment, assemble orders, and bag purchases.
