I was impressed with the building, parking, hours, phone responsiveness... but most of all the people. Literally every single employee there was pleasant, helpful, patient, and gave comprehensive answers to every inquiry. I wish I could remember her name, but the lady at the counter with strawberry blonde hair, he was so helpful going over everything in detail. You could tell she was into the job and the product, she gave great feedback on everything and made shopping much easier.
