Topical warning. We love The Fix balm and have been using it for years, They created The Fix in a lotion so we tried that. Don't bother if you enj the cooling sensation of the balm as it's not the same and really doesn't seem to work.

Drove from New Haven CT 1.5 hrs and was not greeted at all by anybody as I walked in. NO hello, no welcome,no wave,no directions as to medical on one side and recreational on other. Then we were greeted by Anthony which was very nice and helpful. But as we left we also got no lost as to what exit to use and staff continued to stand there with there heads down. I've been a regular customer since 2016 and have come to the realization this isn't the same company it once was. A solid 50% of the time I'm disappointed with my purchase. The descriptions and THC content of the flower are completely bogus, why am I paying a premium for cannabis that is dry, tastes like hay and is about as potent as Mexican dirt weed from the 80's. There are half
a dozen dispensaries in my town, no need to travel all the way to Noho just to get burned.
