I've been a regular customer since 2016 and have come to the realization this isn't the same company it once was. A solid 50% of the time I'm disappointed with my purchase. The descriptions and THC content of the flower are completely bogus, why am I paying a premium for cannabis that is dry, tastes like hay and is about as potent as Mexican dirt weed from the 80's. There are half a dozen dispensaries in my town, no need to travel all the way to Noho just to get burned.

cool place, getting steady on the deals

The staff is friendly. Really like the separation of lines for rec and medicinal. Easy to order ahead for pick-up.

I loved this place for the first couple years. They were a nonprofit that paid a lot of attention to helping medical patients, you always saw wheelchairs in there- there were even comfortable chairs and benches to sit and read the extensive menu! The prices were great for the quality, you could buy in bulk. Now it's big, dark, loud, and branded, the sort of lame ass place that has cops outside and runs Justin Bieber promos. It feels like I'm at a Spencer's Gifts. Selection is bad, and my regular faves from a few years ago are gone. At least the investors are happy
