the bud was so dry and ridiculously small. now I'm on hold for over 7 minutes trying to talk to someone regarding my concern. I've heard great things about this place, but this was probably my last visit. the customer service is below par and the flower is more for decoration.

honestly super disappointed with this location. I came in for the 2nd time visit, and they denied me because I didn't have the punch card for first time visits. the bud tender was unenthusiastic and didn't seem too interested in helping me out.

I love ponderosa! they were actually the first dispensary I went to when I got my medical card years ago. every bud tender is knowledgeable, patient with me, and always willing to help me stretch my dollars haha. their flower is fantastic, and their house brand is always fresh.

this is one of my new favorite pharmacies! I had very little money, but they took the time and worked with my budget. the bud was absolutely beautiful, and amazing quality. can't wait to go again!
