This location used to be awesome when it was Emerald and not Cura Leaf. Ever since Cura took over, this location doesn't ever seem to be consistent and the quality of their house meds has gone through the floor. I've looked on their website and when I called to ask a question was told their website was incorrect and I shouldn't be looking there. The wait is always super long(I know not much can be done there). Don't bother placing an online order as you will still sit in the back of the line too. The only reason I even go to this location anymore is for convenience and because I get a friends/family discount since I have a sibling working at a different location. However, after being told I was getting a discount and then charged full price the last few times, I was finally told this location removed all of their patients' discounts and they are now required to get them re-added to their account at the original location they were given and they will no longer be honored. Well, thanks to Covid I now have to wait because my sibling can't work for the next few weeks due to exposure and needing to get tested. The budtenders themselves at this location are great and very nice. I'm just really disappointed to see where this store has gone since it was Emerald. I'm going to try to continue going however I will probably start shopping around to different dispensaries in search of better quality meds and business practice.

I was going here a lot the last 3 or 4 yrs. The main reason I kept going more recently, was because of their happy hour and their old point system. The people have always been great for the most part but their quality has always been "meh". However, it's hard to complain when the happy hour was such a great deal and the point system gave you a $ amount instead of accruing points on a tier system. The new system is not enticing at all and I'm really bummed they stopped carrying the 100mg Flourish Date Brownies. At this point I don't have much keeping my business here unless I happen to be close by but I'll probably just look around as there are 5 or 6 dispensaries that are closer to my home. I really hope they decide to bring back the happy hour and old point system it really made it worth driving to their location.

Ok, so fair warning this may be lengthy. I've been to this location plenty of times and I also want to let you know that it took about 30 minutes of me trying to log in, update, and recover my log in info to write this. I hardly write reviews. I'm writing this in hopes this location can improve their service. With all of that said this location always has great deals! Always! I usually go there for wax and sometimes flower. As far as the quality of meds I do need to say they're....okay? I've had their top shelf stuff plenty of times. I can't say I've noticed a significant difference between those and the mid-shelf or lower meds. However, I don't have any complaints on the quality considering the deals offered here. The wait has always been at least 20-30 minutes and sometimes even longer. They offer an "express" lane but the lasst 15 times I've called they do not answer. Instead, you are instructed to leave a voicemail, which isn't ideal if you have questions on anything. Even when they do pick up and you place your order, half of the time you still have to wait. This has been my biggest complaint since visiting this location. I don't always have 20 minutes to an hour to wait. Now, I understand given the physical location and local population there's bound to be a wait sometimes. I still feel there must be some way to improve these wait times or at least just answer the phone. This might just sound like I won't return but I want to make it clear I will be back. I just won't be back as often since I'm pretty busy usually and like I said, do not have a long time to wait. I can't discredit them on their in person service, atmosphere, or the quality of meds for the price. They are always super friendly! I just hope this might spark a conversation within their business to be more efficient and maybe come up with different ways to me more available. Maybe designate someone to be on the phone all day? I usually only see one person in the front helping the line but that's about it. I do hope this was helpful to anyone reading and I hope Arizona Organix is able to grow and have continued success!
