Before all this quarantine stuff I've had good experiences here but apparently now customer service is gone once they have your cash in hand. A couple weeks ago my girlfriend ordered 2 cartridges online. I waited in the car while she went to the "pick-up window". They asked for payment and held the bag with her order until they got the cash. She checked the order as she walked away and saw they gave her completely the wrong items. (One cartridge which was not one she ordered and a dab syringe) She hadn't moved more than 10 feet away and went right back to tell them they made a mistake. They refused to correct her order and told her there was nothing they could ( more like would) do unless the items were defective. Moral of the story: IF YOU GO HERE, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PAY! (Better yet just go some place that actually gives a crap about its customers) We will NOT be back. 😡👎
