Returned Pax battery I purchased week ago , no questions asked, showed how cartridges didn’t connect without great deal of force they even offered to replace product for free . This is great customer service A++ . Never went to nirvana but this place is happy to serve and is always friendly to me . Biggest thing there is no TIP jars in this store I asked even tried to tip .

My first visit really great prices , they try to give you low prices on pretty much all products $ 20 1/8s on the good stuff not the dry castoff like other places. My choice is vapes and SAP store brand is as good as or better then $40 for same amount 500mgs here $25 . It is a busy place but well worth the few minutes it took .
