Poor quality, poor service, always lines.

Finally! This was the most comfortable experience I've had of any dispensary in MA. I felt welcomed right from the start, the staff was helpful, friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to talk with. There was zero waiting in line. (I think only one other customer came in while I was there?) I used their onsite ATM (cash only), and right after was immediately helped. They were very quick to grab my product in the back and I was out in a matter of minutes. Easily the fastest experience of any dispensary I've been to thus far. As for the actual product - no little baby popcorn buds here. Huge selection of some amazing strains. Truly top shelf flower with the biggest buds I've seen. I can't wait to come back and anticipate Rise to be my go-to dispensary from now on. Keep up the amazing work, Rise!

After visiting NETA Northampton for recreational, I was wondering how the experiences would compare. I've been to NETA many times and every time I've had to wait anywhere from 30 min to 3 hours. As soon as I got to INSA, I got out of my car and walked straight inside. Was helped after maybe ~5 min inside. The product at NETA is excellent, but from what I've seen so far, I think INSA has NETA beat. plus it's equally comparable or cheaper prices at INSA. Can't wait to go back.
