The product has been great (3 visits now), I’ve mostly purchased cartridges. I purchased a pax era today and couldn’t be happier with that decision. Service has been very helpful, but it’s helpful to the point where it becomes a major lag in the purchasing process. There is a serious need for an order ahead or “I already know what I want” line. This location has 2 registers only, which is slow to begin with. Then add to that the people who are amazed by the whole process and ask every question their heart can possibly think of. It’s incredibly annoying for people who just want to get their product and leave. Please make a separate line for gawkers and another for people who want to be hasty. As annoying as the idea sounds, places that require appointments have been far more convenient in my experience.

Super quick service, easy parking (though it was a Thursday evening), quality product. Preordered on here which helped a bit. I purchased a Blue dream crumble (they call it sugar) and an Energy cartridge. The bd crumble is amazing in my Pax, haven’t tried a rig yet. Cartridges are interesting b/c they mix strains for a specific combo of effects, haven’t seen that previously and I’m a fan. Overall very satisfied, though still think it’s crazy $125 of weed costs $146 after tax, not their fault though.

PAX 3 - Complete Kit - Onyx

For 18 months I have absolutely loved my Pax 3. It has been the most reliable smoking device I've ever owned. Recently it began to have charging issues, and ultimately stopped working. I contacted support, expecting a lengthy process of sending the device in, waiting 2 weeks for an answer, and a replacement fee which would equate to the company's cost (as every other company would do). So what did happen? I had 4 very expedient email exchanges, tried their potential cures, and couldn't fix it. I was told another representative would contact me with instructions to send the device back. Well guess what happened? That rep contacted me within an hour and said "Good news, I went ahead and shipped you a brand new unit to XXX address. All we ask is that you recycle the old unit responsibly, here's a list of places you can recycle the unit." I am blown away, and a Pax fan for life.
