Customer service is becoming a lost art. I shouldn't have to tell you I need paperwork as a new patient and I shouldn't have to practically beg for my discounts. Also someone was picking me up and they were told to wait in the parking lot at the hotel as I waited outside for over an hour. I asked the cop and they had no clue. An hour later I asked another cop and they finally told me where he was. Never coming back.
