disabled parking is always taken by lazy and entitled individuals. I've complained multiple times and nothing is ever done. the last time, they actually made me feel like i did something wrong for mentioning this. this used to be my go to dispensary but from the way I've been treated, I only go when absolutely unavoidable. if you're handicapped or disabled, I highly suggest you go somewhere that actually will accommodate you. and not just trivialize our disability.

love reef. make the trip at least once a week. budtenders are always friendly and knowledgeable. good to see they promoted David as well!

Only been in a few times but everytime its been nice and easy. online ordering is fast and simple. and the budtenders are extremely knowledgeable when asked about products. Will keep coming back.

just absolutely terrible. found a bunch of seeds in my quarter that I paid 90 bucks for. will never go back

when this was the first dispensary in Arizona it was amazing. now, I wouldn't piss on this place to stop a fire. prices have increased. quality has gone down. customer service is beyond a joke. any 5 star reviews from this place are from their workers and managers, not real patients. avoid at all costs.

I received a sponsorship the other day through local joint and I'm just beyond grateful for this dispensary. While other places are taking away daily deals and making harder to get medication, they went above and beyond to give back yesterday to me and other patients. Thank you guys again. You've got a loyal customer for life in me.

Went last night and bought a bunch of goldsmith. Would have been nice to be told that it should have been 20 percent off (since it was sunday) rather than the full price they charged me. don't know if I'll ever go back

don't waste your time. was told on the phone they would do a buy get one on concentrates. drive all the way up there to be told no. horrible customer service. any other place would have honored what I was told on the phone. especially when the girl at the counter recognized my voice and said what I was told was correct. will never go back.
