Poor customer service. I feel you are disrespectful to seniors! Your prices continue to increase and the quality of your flower continues to decrease! Worst dispensary I've ever been to!
How could you raise your prices during a pandemic? Senior citizens like me on a fixed income cannot afford ridiculous increases like this! 33% increase on ounces is outrageous! Is this a joke? Looks like you're following big Pharma with your greedy antics!
I believe it was my second time visiting, I was in about a month ago standing in the Sun and Heat I was told by the staff they would have shade soon. Still no shade. The budtenders were rude, trying to rush me and not accommodating. Management was no better. Quality of product the worst I've ever had! Not a place I would recommend for many reasons!
I called this location to see if my points would be transferred from the Glendale location. They told me no. The Glendale location closed with no warning! I would not do business with this dispensary or any of their other locations. You never know when they will shut the doors at the last minute and your points are lost! also the last half ounce I purchased from them was full of stems and mostly Shake. not a place I would recommend doing business with!
always a good experience, except the last time. called in an order, I was in a hurry because my son is in hospital in ICU, they acted like they didn't care and made excuses and snide remarks! bud tender and receptionist could learn to have compassion for others. customer service needs improvement.
