So I put an online order in yesterday - not a small order. About $300 in product. It was confirmed "your order is ready". When I get there, I'm told "oh we don't have this and that". What happened to "your order is ready"? So now I'm standing there without a menu, trying to decide substitutions. Oh well, crap happens. But THEN, I go out back to my car and I notice one of the employees walking the same way a bit faster. When I get there, he is badgering my family members about why are we are parked in their back lot. To be clear, they walked over to Pratt's while I stepped into Organics. They were putting their purchases in the trunk - waiting on me. The employee, Pedro, had seen them on the video camera and was there to tell them to move. And just kept going on about it. They explained they were waiting on me. I understand the overflow from other businesses must be perplexing, but honestly the lot was almost empty at the time. AND I was making purchases from AZ Organics. Then he started arguing with me about how I was parked. I have a placard and park in handicapped. He's going on telling me I parked over the line and can be towed or something. Really? Is this the way I am to be treated? I guess customer service be damned. It used to be very friendly here - what happened? Why do I drive out of the way to come up here? It honestly put a bad damper on the rest of the day for my entire family. I will have to seriously consider if I come back again. There is closer competition with better prices.
