This new FTP special is confusing and seems only to foster spending more to ‘qualify’ for a discount. Budtender seemed vague on new ftp, leading to confusion and ultimately, dissatisfaction on my behalf. Not a good experience and not one that makes me want to return

Ordered meds. Concentrate so sticky half I couldn't get off the plastic. Offered 20% off and some prerolls. I'd rather not spend more money when I already have meds I can't use. Weak!
