had online order. advised front door order was online. 2 walk ins ahead of me in waiting room. had to wait so walkins could be served first. employees failed to recognize i had online order to be called in front of walkins. employee then rang up order on wrong patient account. i had to wait while he rang up my order a second time and applied discount. after 2 different delays nobody offered or made any attempt at the standard free product or discount during bad experience. the next morning i received email that on line order was canceled because i did not show up. I drive a long way because your quality and prices are great. Why dont employees recognize your store policy that online med patients are bumped to front of line before walkins? could it be they dont respect mgt.
