I placed an order at 11:09 am and never got an email saying it was ready. I checked Leafly and it said it was ready and picked up at the same exact time 12:44 pm. I tried to reach out via the chat of course nothing and not able to get thru on phone. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a dispensary. Reading the reviews and non response from the dispensary just shows they don't care so why would anyone want to go there and spend any of their money at this dispensary.
I will never come here again.
