the lack of human sympathy here is astounding

I was treated with such disrespect by their dispatcher tonight. I hope they reach out to make this right. I tried to contact them to no end. Be careful with these guys who think it is okay to mistreat patients..

Best flower I've had usually comes from Bloom and they always have great customer service.

The building itself was very clean. The customer service needs extensive training. An older lady needed a cup to drink some water and I let the guy at check in know. He basically shrugged me off and was like it's not his job to do that. They also tried to give me shake and called it popcorn buds (I'm not about to spend $100 on shake). The police officer at the front was the only decent person I spoke with. I will be happy to drive to a further curaleaf now.

I only shop here exclusively for shatter, they have the best prices. also megan at express checkout is very patient with a bunch of adult men acting childish and impatient. thanks megan! you rock!

I'm rating my second delivery lower. I was not contacted this time to be given a heads up and the driver was not very discreet. He just banged on the door and my roommate was streaming right by the front door, awkward! 😬
