This place is still knocking it out of the park! The new Drip line is tasty with sleek packaging, and the flower is just as perfect as always. Pricing can sometimes restrict my purchase more than I'd like (haha), but at least the quality is pretty incredible. Thankful for quality shops here in the valley, like Trumed!

Curaleaf - Queen Creek (Formerly Reef)

Speedy checkout, express lane option, humble and warm staff, and terrific products. Prices for top shelf are on the higher end of the spectrum for the valley, but tax is included and the quality is there. Flower comes in jars. I haven’t had their concentrates. I get a lot of sale notification texts from here too, which I think is a positive. Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I'd like to note that just over one year ago, I had an incredibly bad experience here. In Sept. last year, just after having had surgery, the staff here treated me so poorly that I was shocked. I reached out to the management through FB and vowed to never return to this location. I mean, they behaved really shitty towards me. A couple months ago, I found myself in Vegas in need of meds. I visited Reef because I was familiar with their Berner line and really wanted some PGS. The experience was so good that I eventually decided to give Reef here at home another chance. It’s only 15 minutes from my house, and since last year, I’d been driving an hour to get decent meds in Phx. WoW is all that I can say! The entire customer experience has been tuned into a more positive endeavor. The staff is night and day different. From the reception, to the BT, even security, everything was totally pleasant. Checkout was painlessly quick, and the KK I bought did not disappoint. Guys, if you read this, I’m really impressed with the changes that Reef has implemented at the QC front. I always liked the products, but I refuse to be treated like a turd by anyone when I don’t deserve it. Your staff – in Vegas and the guys that were in QC yesterday (9/28) have earned my dollars back. I’ll be shopping here much more frequently, and if this is the new standard, I’ll come here exclusively.

Story Cannabis - South Chandler

I picked up a four Vapen cartridges here (the new Jupiter C-Cell versions). After light use, I developed an irritated throat, raw feeling soft-palate, and spotty nose bleeding. The exhales, in particular, caused a very harsh sting in my sinuses and back of throat. I stopped using them for a few days, and tried again: same exact result, with a bit more nose-bleeding. Now, this isn't directly an Oasis product, and while they are the *most* expensive dispensary in the valley, their flowers are generally attractive and top quality. I would advise others to avoid these cartridges. I should also note that these were BOGO when I purchased them, and I've became suspicious that the irritants may be responsible for this bargain.

The flower I purchased was fine; however, the two Maui Waui brand disposable vape pens I purhlchased had already been spent. I didn't realize this until I was several hours away, so I'm not just complaining - they really sold me two used vape pens. I even tipped my BT a ten.

The Joint - Denver

Med patient on vacay from Phx. Visited here based on "#1 on Leafly." Sat in overcrowded waiting room for 45 minutes. Was about to piss my pants and they refuse to let customers use restroom. Quickly purchased a quarter of GSC only to receive the tiniest little weak popcorn mugs I've ever seen from this cut. No nose, no density, no trichome coverage, no treatment, no flavor, just schwag. Looks like it was grown under HPS in a closet lol. The place has a nasty, anxious vibe to boot. What a disappointment for this to be my first Denver dispensary. Will review them with photos of their crummy GSC genetics on IG.

FTP 4/14/17. Pedro guided me through valuable information. Perhaps unaware that I'd been a card holder for quite some time, he was thorough and ensured that I understood the racy effects of the Golden Goat flower and A.T.F. shatter that I purchased. The goat smelled accurate, and even though the bud structure first appears kind of loose, the nugs are actually quite dense for a sativa dominant strain. Wonderful grind and even, clean burn. I've only had a tiny dab of the A.T.F., but it is also a pleasure. I wish I hadn't waited so long to come here. Its a bit out of my way, but completely worth the extra effort. And I think Pedro provided the best service I've ever received in any medical dispensary.

The Flower Shop - Mesa (Med/Rec)

I decided to stop by after having only visited once, 11 months ago - and I'm glad I did! The store allows for low-pressure browsing, with tablets displaying strain info on the adjacent nug samples. Issabella was my assistant, and her infectious laugh and friendly demeanor was welcome. All samples looked nice, and the GS 404 I chose has not disappointed. Taxes are inc. in price, and Isabella even gave me a free pre-roll to offset my debit card fee! Awesome attitudes and the fiery meds guarantee that I'll be here more often!

Purple Diesel

1/23/2017
This strain was richly purple with vibrant, grass green highlights and toffee colored hairs; dense and sugary with a heavy blanket of trichomes. The diesel genetics are loud, but softened with notes of tobacco and sour grapes. In glass, it reminded me of brandy on the inhale, with the diesel hitting just after the exhale, leaving a sour coating on the tongue - not unlike a hoppy craft ipa. In terms of efficacy, balance is near perfect, with the diesel hitting the head and shoulders; the raciness curbed as the kush begins to seep into the torso and limbs. Easy to ride out if the consumer chooses, leaving the body feeling similar to that experienced after a long day at the beach. Great daytime potential, especially for someone suffering with heightened nervousness. This strain is great in the morning, but I utilize it more in the afternoon, whether to play some WoW, watch a movie, or cook a decent dinner. If you need something a bit more to "sit you down," increase dosage a bit. This was a premium sampling, with tight LED style hybrid bud structure, and an absolutely perfect trim and cure. Grown properly, this is a special strain.

Nature's Medicines - Happy Valley (Med/Rec)

My first visit was great, but I waited until my second visit to review. Today, Shalee helped me as I scanned their flower products. I chose the Birthday Cake and THC Bomb. Both are perfect! The THC Bomb has a super dense, heavy bud structure with plenty of dust for the kief catcher, but it doesn't just grind to powder like some of the dense strains around the valley. Very potent and dosage dependent without strong side effects - but a little too much will move you from the couch to the pillows. I haven't tried the Cake yet, but it's great on the nose and eyes. After a year purchasing mostly flower from sources all over the valley, this place is quickly becoming my favorite. This place is so good you almost want to keep it a secret. My only regret, being the baboon I prove to sometimes be, is that today I over-ordered and only had enough cash to cover my 109 balance! This left me nothing to tip Shalee with, and she definitely deserved something after all of her help. I'll be sure to make it up next visit.

Health for Life - Ellsworth

I think this location shines for it's service and concentrates line. Frequent specials and fair pricing (without the tipping scheme) compensate for flower quality, and I find myself visiting often. Huxton Maui and BD were both huge disappointments. $60 for an eighth of reggie with nice, branded packaging is borderline deceitful. If your going to slap a brand on a strain, then perhaps it should at least have a measurable efficacy - and perhaps even compare to other sources in the valley (if you can do the drive, the Phx dispensaries are sometimes better options than the sources in east and north valley). Not so with Huxton. Huxton can't even hold weight with the $25 eighth special of Jesus OG from the other day, which, while lacking a decent trim, was two to three times as effective as this top shelf poser. Huxton seems to be more of an underdeveloped idea, rather than a label representing confidence and quality. This doesn't reflect poorly on the dispensary, as it isn't their product - but I suspect there are others let down by this brand.
