Terrible customer service. Did not receive receipt or correct change. Did not recognize my preorder also. Lackadaisical, uneducated workers and the owners are just sitting out there. I know this is the only place that has Cookies in Maryland but that shouldn’t give you lead way to only care about your profit. I know nothing is done about these reviews but at least it’s stress reliving and my voice is somewhere that can be heard. Weed is everywhere. Shop somewhere else to get your money’s worth.

I’ve been shopping at Jova since their grand opening, both 4/20s and they have always provided safe, quality service. This is my neighborhood dispensary and with other ones in close vicinity, Jova always have quality, consistency in products and a variety to fulfill what you are looking for.
