Thrive is a new dispensary in North Las Vegas and the best I've visited in Nevada. Why? Staff for one. Elaine assisted me on this visit. She was charming and friendly, but more to the point, knowledgeable about the product on a level that made me appreciate the meaning of the words "bud tender". Also, the facility. Located on west Cheyenne 3 miles from the I15, it's easy to find and access. Located in a nice business section with plenty of parking. This is a big deal for me as I have to drive from Mesquite and hate dealing with Las Vegas traffic, tiny strip malls and funky little storefronts. Finally, excellent prices. No gouging. The prices at this store are $5-7 lower per gram that the competition.
