I always like the product here but very disappointed in customer service.   I made an online order at 425pm. I arrived at 6pm to be told that they have been out of the product since 10am.  why couldn't someone text or message me in the nearly 2 hours since I placed the order.  I get you run out of things but what is the point of ordering ahead driving all the way there for nothing.   I will stick to places closer, who treat patients much better.

Service has definitely improved.  Seems like there are some great bud tenders, such as Natalie who assisted me today. Some others could learn some customer service skills. The Express window has improved, but your intercom still is horrid, you can barely understand what the bud tender is saying.  Not to mention the openness.   If it was just pick up and your purchase didnt need to be announced to the entire waiting area, it would be much better.  It's really the speaker/intercom that makes it so obvious.
