@chall i had the same concern, i contacted the company that makes the actual cart and this was the response. Hello xxx! We fill our carts with precision machinery so please know, it's full. Our CCELL ceramic atomizer absorbs up to 30 percent of the oil out of sight to prime for use. If you think this cart was defective, please ask your dispensary for assistance. love this strain! great taste and the buds look amazing! buds are well cured and trimmed. nice motivated high, not too much couch lock unless u smoke alot. up there with one of my favorite flowers at the moment.

UPDATE: went in today around 11am (5/24) when i got in i asked the guy at the front if there was someone i could speak to about being over charged. said i got charged 45 for a half gram of wax. i heard a girl opening boxes in the back say under her breath it is 45$(um no its 37$) i was told to go inside and speak to the 'blue shirt' got in talked to the blue shirt and he was very rude and gave me attitude. not once did he apologize. he asked if i brought the product with me, i said no i just want the difference. He goes to some closet comes back with 8 dollars (i didnt get my $1.60 back in taxes) and hands it to me, still no apology. he then goes on to say its not their fault and that it was miss labeled by the distributor. now this is a bold face lie, the package clearly reads .5 WAX not LIVE RESIN whomever had keyed into their system for prices priced it wrong at $45 instead of 37$ and whomever keyed in the leafly description keyed in LIVE RESIN instead of wax and whatever i get things happen, just this guys attitude was so poor blaming everyone else and not even apologizing, he really needs to go. the most helpful people at this place seem to be the females (the shorter one in particular, lidia maybe) you really need to put her in charge of the product and leafly and get rid of that 'blue shirt' guy he was awful and rude. the short girl there is so knowledgeable on the products and is super friendly, put her in charge. but fair warning to anyone whom comes here, they ripped me off and would not have said anything nor changed it unless i spoke up. their flower here is some of the worst ive had (unless ur getting rhythm or something not packaged by them). their customer service is horrible. you need to take a shuttle. there are so many other options in the area (a few within 20-40 mins) i really hate to rake them over the coals like this, but ive had it with this place. be warned ugh, this place is so poorly run. hands down the worst one. why, please why do you advertise very blue dream resin on your leafly site and i go in get home and its WAX. correct me if im wrong but the wax here is usually 37$ i paid 45$ for a half gram of WAX not live resin as advertised. i can get a gram of wax from neta for 50. no way wax should cost more than shatter. can i please get the difference back since i paid 45$ for WAX not RESIN. i have my receipt.

Why did my review get removed? As i stated the concentrate was good but the actual flower i got from here was very dry and harsh. Going to give it another go next week with some different flower. Will update
