Cris was excellent, went extra to make sure i had what i wanted. when i got home, i discovered one of my three GenX True OG Sugar Wax (Batch 4868, packaged date on label 6/17/2021) was not properly sealed, and some of the product had leaked from the jar. it was disappointing, because it's supposed to be a higher quality product than what i usually get, and instead i got less.

5/6 8:44 pm. zero wait for med on arrival. Delvonta was great, as always. got a glass eighth of Future Wife. pack date 1/26, completely dried out. first time that's ever happened, never even in mylar or prerolls or the old plastic popcorns, never this dry before. i am sure it's a fluke, but disappointed nonetheless.

Daniel G is a BOSS. Great customer service. The store is very clean, well organized, and friendly.

two Top Dog carts from two seperate purchases of two seperate strains have clogged and been unable to draw distillate to element. two of the six or seven total Top Dawg carts i have purchased since the line launched, a very high failure rate. question quality control and solvent selection. have had to dismantle cartridges to salvage medication, some lost in process. very disappointed.

Love you guys. I love that ya'll remember my name (even if I can't remember yours), even though I'm only in like once a week. Management is top notch. Pricing went from competitive to almost unbeatable. I stay open to other dispensaries, but they never give me much reason to come back other than "that one strain." Thank you.
