This place has some of the most sad customer service. I always usually like to pre-order if i generally know what i want. I hate having to wait and have had my card for a few years now so i know what im buying most of the time. Now they have a policy that if you ask a question that they feel is bud tending they tell you to come in and they can help you. I understand you don't want to be on the phone all day helping clueless people make orders but they have some problems with making that a reality. First of all the menu hasn't been updated in 2 days as of 9/3/17 at 10:00 am. So how can i make an order if i don't even know what they have or don't have. Second they strain information is just plain sad.. I just want to know if its a hybrid or sativa or indica is that too much to ask for?? so yah if you want to go in for bud tending this place has good quality and they tend to help but if ur a veteran and just want to make a quick pre-order drop in then it tends to be more hassle than its worth.. i mean you would think that updating your menu would be a priority i guess not over the weekend.....
