AZO has been my go to for concentrates, but after my last experience, I won't be back. I didn't think it was possible to be treated so rudely at a dispensary. First off, the online ordering system is garbage. The first time I placed an order online, I called to confirm it (which they did) only to get there and be told they never received it and they'd have to go pull it. The girl had to go back and forth between the back because she kept grabbing the wrong stuff, and no joke, they took FIVE people back in the time it took me to pick up my first "express" order. I figured maybe it was a fluke, and gave it another go. I arrive and check in, and go stand in front of the pickup window (which no one is attending) to wait. I watch another patient walk in the door, walk up to the counter to check in, and then stand behind me. When the Express order girl comes to the counter, she calls the other person's name. This is of course frustrating since I watched the other patient walk in after me. In this time 2 patients have been brought to the back and the lobby is filling up. After my first experience, I didn't want to sit and wait only to find out my order isn't even there again, I'd rather go to the back. So, I go to the reception counter and very nicely (even though I'm frustrated they've skipped me in line) try to explain what happened first time, and ask her to confirm my order is actually there. She very rudely tells me I have to sit down and wait my turn. I explain that I was actually skipped in line, and I'm just trying to make sure I'm not waiting in vain, but she refused to check or help and tells me I have to wait. Okay. Once the patient leaves the window I walk up, and the EXTREMELY rude Express order girl immediately comes at me with "you need to sit down and wait your turn". Now I'm pissed. I tell her, look- you just skipped me in line and I just want to make sure my order is actually here this time, otherwise I will go in the back. She then snaps at me, that I'm wrong and the other girl was there first (even though said express window employee was no where to be found when we came in, AND I WATCHED THE OTHER PATIENT COME IN AFTER ME.) Whatever, I'm not going to argue with her, I just want to know if my order is here now that there several people waiting to go to the back. She realizes I'm going to wait until she checks to see if the order is there, so she disgruntly does, but then comes back to the window and tells me that yes, my order is there, but I will have to sit down and wait for her to call me back up when she's ready. I sat down for about 60 seconds before the whole situation had me so frustrated I decided hell no, I will stand right at the window and wait for her. She realized I wasn't going anywhere and then decided to EXAGGERATELY go as slow as she could to take each concentrate out of the bag to ring up, like seriously slow motion... to the point I laughed right at her. I couldn't believe her immaturity and her disgusting attitude towards a patient.
Their flower isn't great, but the price on concentrates is cheap and the qality used to be consistent, but the shatter has been getting worse for a while and it's just not very good anymore.
There are much better quality concentrates at comparable pricing available at many other dispensaries that have excellent service and treat their patients with respect.
