Pre-ordered yesterday and I realized one of one of my products was missing when I got home. I went back last night and they said I could wait 80 minutes in line or come back tomorrow and get a free preroll with my missing product. I went back this morning and didn't wait long. I got my product but I wasn't given the preroll because it wasn't written on the note the manager left. I'm glad I still received my product and I will be back but don't promise customers something you can't give them. I wasted gas twice and I live in Surprise which is a drive to Glendale. It isn't worth the gas or my time to complain about a free preroll, so I'm hoping the manager or employees will see this so they know for future reference!❤️ After all this, thank you guys for being open during these troubling times. Went there before they closed to get wax, it was amazing! The shatter tasted great, and was pretty clear. Definitely would recommend spending the extra $5 to get budder tho! The employees were nice and knew what they were talking about :) will be back again!

This is probably my main dispensary that both my boyfriend and I go to, I usually get their prepacked half oz or get a half oz deli style. Love the employees and their advice is great! Definitely check it out if you havent!!

I felt uncomfortable waiting the way we all waited. People were nice but the vibe was just weird. the lady at the front desk though was extremely nice. :)

its a weird but great location, the guy at the front was very sweet :) and knew information was perfect. George helped me with my purchase and it was a great decision, I mixed Tony Clifton with some left over Jedi Kush I had. can't wait to try harlequin 💋✌ thanks George!
