I put in an order online to pick up on my way home tonight. It was ready to go when I got there, so that was nice. Unfortunately half my order was missing, and I had no clue until I got home. I have no idea why I didn't get my full order, because they didn't give me a heads up in any way. No email, no text, no letting me know when I picked it up; nothing. Now I'm at home for the night, finally free to relax, and I don't have everything I need. If they had said something about it, I would've had the opportunity to get something else or go somewhere else. Now I'm stuck, and I don't appreciate it.
My advice to customers: if you're going to buy from here, thoroughly check your order at the register.
My advice to the manager: make decent customer service a higher priority
