Placed an online order. They sent me a message to come into the location and so I did within five minutes of receiving the message. I came in handed them my cards took one hour to get me called to the back after they kept putting my card to the end of the line. Once I was inside of the facility the manager said they will no longer place my order because of the way I spoke to his employee in the front.
I was not disrespectful and did not use vulgar language. When I went up to the front I expressed to the lady that I’ve been waiting a while and that they kept putting my card to the back.
She said every time I walked out the door they put my card to the back which when I first walked up I clarified that as long as I stayed at the facility it would be fine.
The manager asked me about the message that I was sent and I took out my phone and showed it to him and he threatened to pull the footage because I’m not supposed to have my phone out.
How is he going to threaten me if he asked to see the message.
