Ordered online, got confirmation texts (3) that my ordered had been received, it was being prepared and then that it was confirmed and ready for pick-up. Had to stand in line outside in the access road for over 1 hour. Got inside, went to the "Express Line" and they did not have my order. I had to go through it again and they only had part of what I originally ordered online. they bagged it and I asked the person "So that is 4 of (whatever), 6 of (whatever) and 6 of (whatever)? They said yes, stapled the bag shut and I paid and took my bag and went home. When I got home there were 4 items missing from the bag but they were on my receipt. So I paid for 4 things that they did not put in the bag even after they "verified" what was in my order. I made 3 phone calls to the store, had to leave voicemails and no one ever called me back. Have been here before and this is the second time they have not given me what I ordered or charged me wrong.
