Was a committed Patron of this establishment for several years until today. I commented an opinion on one of their products on their Instagram and instead of commenting back properly they just deleted the comment and also deleted several other people's comments. Afterwards they replied to a separate comment I had made in which I had stated it was just an opinion and they didn't have to be so butt hurt about it. They then basically said my opinion does not matter, then blocked me. Now I had used nicer and more intelligent words but they just blocked me whoever is running their social media is a douche. Your products suck anyways only ever went there for the price half the time when smoking your concentrates I barely even get medicated to a proper level, I have to do dabs of 0.2g or 0.3g sizes... you suck. Sincerely what was a loyal customer.

Love swell but only the youngtown location, been going there for 4 years now definitely my favorite dispensary. Can't beat their $5 pre-rolls and the specials they do for flower and concentrate are hard to beat. I smoke and consume A LOT of cannabis from chronic back pain and swell is the only dispensary I can go to and afford the amount I need. I tell everyone to check them out, MAKE YOURSELF SWELLTHY AND STOP ON IN.
