Arizona Organix was the first licensed dispensary in the state of Arizona! I've been frequently visiting this dispensary so when I saw they offered delivery for medical patients I tried it out a couple times. The first time was pretty smooth but then I placed a second order at 7:20AM and when I received the e-mail confirmation it said my delivery was scheduled for 9AM - 12PM so I was happy with that but then as time goes by I noticed no one was reaching out to me. I desperately needed these meds so I hopped into my vehicle and made the drive to the dispensary even though I wasn't feeling well. As I make the drive I get a phone call from like the delivery people who are nice and chill but they told me the earliest delivery their drivers can make is like 12:30 - 3:30PM This didn't seem right to me because when I made the order in the app it allowed me to select 9AM - 12PM and I couldn't wait by 12:30PM because I'd be at work by then so it defeats the whole purpose. Now that I look at my emails, on my first delivery it was scheduled for 11:30 - 2:30PM I think there should've been someone that is like double checking all these details because if patients are needing their meds in a certain timeframe they might just consider driving to the dispensary instead of waiting 6+ hours after placing an order to potentially get a delivery.

I love coming here for a lot of reasons! The location is conveniently located next to the i17. The friendly bud tenders are always knowledgeable and quick to recommend what’s great for your condition. The specials are always the best on Sundays! I appreciate everyone working here you guys are awesome!!

Really like coming to this dispensary. They have a lot of variety here. Medicine is always fairly priced. Also the bud tenders are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I called to ask them how busy they were because I had placed an express order, the lady asked me if I could hold, I politely asked if they were busy and then she hung up on time without answering my question. I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened, and now I will no longer be returning here due to the customer service.
