They canceled my order and said my card was expired when clearly it isn't. I just renewed this year. They didn't even want to have my leafy order ready for me at least. The girl said I would have to sit and wait for other customers to go before me and then show my card. Well duh, aren't you gonna see it when I pay for my meds and check out. Ugh. Came to AZ Organix they checked my card and they laughed cause I have over 2 ounces. 😂😂clearly they aren't doing there job at Herbal Wellness.

Good prices. Customer service could use a change. Tenders always rush you. Chicks in the front have no idea what they are doing. I call express. Get in wait just for them to call me and say they can find my order. Happened more than once. used to be my go to.

I've been to Natures many times. I recently went into for the Cinco de Mayo sale. Bought half an oz. Im a heavy smoker and it didn't do much for me. It was straight snickofritz. Sad to say I was super disappointed in the flower quality. Budtenders tend to rush you and not be very helpful. I've been to dispensaries all over Arizona not the best tasting flower.
