I was taken care of by Woody today and all I can say is these guys go above and beyond customer service. I have been a loyal customer for a year now and really have no reason to visit any other shop. I'm new to the penVAPE world and a few months into it, things could have gone shady with my first pen malfunction, but these guys replaced everything I needed free of charge.
