They stopped taking care of medical patients to cater to recreational. I shopped here regularly and appreciated the drive up option due to my medical condition that prohibits me from standing for long periods of time. Really disappointed that it's all about the profit.

I have been shopping at Bloom Phoenix since it opened. Since Bloom Peoria open I've been shopping here for the most part. I pre-ordered an ounce and when I got there they had changed it to a different ounce and the guy behind the counter said it was better than the one I had pre-ordered and that I could switch it. However when I went back I was told I couldn't switch it I had to purchase it because I had pre-ordered it and they held it aside for me. I have been doing pre-orders with bloom for as long as you've been able to order on Leafly.. When I pick up my orders I have never been forced to purchase what I have reserved. The bag they tried to sell me today was popcorn nugs and a bunch of stems and I didn't want it I wanted the other ounce they had switched to. They refused to let me purchase the better ounce. Unfortunately after this visit I will never shop at Bloom again. The customer service was awful. I understand you have a product that you end up selling and you don't have to be customer service oriented. I just think that's real shity.

First the hours of operation on leafly aren't correct. I tried to order online and they kept canceling my order. I drove over and there was no parking and people were standing around outside waiting. I left. My boyfriend used to shop here regularly and accumulated enough of their points for a free premium oz. when he went to cash it in they said they got rid of the points program. They never mentioned it all the previous times he went in and they would push that he was close to the oz. We will never return.

been going here for years. last oz of OG KG WAS Full of mature seeds. So disappointed as we can only afford an oz a week and now were stuck with this crap.

they have good flower and good prices on cartridges however their Express window is a complete joke. I sat there and watched three people come in and go back and get their orders before they called me up for mine and that was after I went to the window and she couldn't find it. The management needs to be changed. These people have no sense of urgency that work there. it's more like hooking up with a drug dealer than actually getting my medication. Very unprofessional. I will have to go elsewhere. Which sucks because I've been going there for years. I'm tired of being treated like a piece of crap.
