Great flower for great prices. Live in northeast valley, but will make sure I stop whenever I’m in the area!

Was over credit card limit but failed to post signs or mention until it was time to pay. Had to use ATM and pay fee. The lease they could have done was give me a credit for the fee. Had I known prior to going in the back and ordering, I would have went to the bank to avoid the fee. Worse customer service at a dispensary thus far. Y'all make money hand over fist and couldn't credit me $2.50 for in the inconvenience. Lost a customer over $2.50.

Visited level up for the first time today. The staff is extremely friendly/personable. I purchased a faulty cartridge and they took care of me without any hassle at all. I will definitely be back!

Super excited the SAP cartridge was avail... unfortunately I couldn't get to work. They will take it back, it's just clear across town for me. Also purchased the 20 premium cones to get home and see only 19 in the container. Again, they took care of me. Great customer service, just crappy that I had to call them back for two problems within the same order. Not a deal breaker, I just don't live close to the dispensary.

Everyone was nice and welcoming. Mike was great. Very nice. Very informative. Will definitely be back.
