The customer service was great. The product however...I know for a fact the cheap cartridges are going to be cheap. In my opinion, I think that the liquid inside is too thin. The effect is not strong enough which I should have gotten the one she recommended. The joint that she did recommend was ugly. It burned on one side so it really did not get the full effect. I felt like it was left in the sun for a day or two.

The location was a bit far from me. & there was a lot of people. Also, as a first time visit the guy who was helping me didn’t not acknowledge the discounts. I tried to get concentrate for pen.& they said for the first time patient it’s only flower. When literally Leafly says concentrate
