I have grown my own. 2 plants(Barney's farm) sun grown directly in soil with 0 chemicals. Really easy to grow 0 pest or mold issues just nice light green buds with superb smell. Best strain I've ever had. Nice smooth smell, taste and smoke. It's quite strong, but 0 paranoia even after bigger amounts. Only "negative" is quite common dry mouth. Smells like fine herbs with honey... just nice. Taste is smooth, sweet and long lasting but not in agressive way. And most importantly THE effects oh boy I've laught so hard. Instant happiness last for 3 hours after 3 puffs :D It's super combination of body relaxation and energetic happiness. It's so intense that I'm always enjoying every moment and it doesn't matter if I'm listening music or having fun with friends. And it delivers this effect everytime. Imagine that you will feel so happy that it's rude to ask life for more :D Exactly like dinner in 5 star restaurant. Smoke weed(acapulco) every day! Super nice!
Still a classic i cant stop talking about
MOST DEFIANTLY MY FAV STRAIN!
Taste of honey and tea. the effects are like a bump lol.🎂
smells like hashy cakey. this is true sativa. had me awake all night! 😵💫💯
This is for those of you who smoke quite a bit of sativa, or a lot of Mexican / Reggie. I had been taking a break from Dro, for quite a while, when I ran across this strain called Acapulco gold. It was strange, because it first I had no idea what it even was. Just that it got me super baked. And I'm a seasoned smoker. I told my guy does this stuff was really good for some reason, and then he told me this is Acapulco gold. This stuff came with a name and a high price tag as well. I bought another ounce. That was about a year ago, & I have not seen the strain since. The bus is super up a listing, and I felt very focused. I would highly recommend this train for anybody who likes to be on the go. I save the seeds, but have not produced anything yet. If you have a chance to pick this up, I would go for it.
The most coveted strain of the 1970s Acapulco Gold is available in today's legal cannabis market in an understandably genetically altered variation of its Mexican landrace origins. It's still a solid strain though, particularly for those looking to experiment with Sativa strains, as well as users who need an energizer that won’t leave you feeling anxious or paranoid.
This is one of all time favorite strains, and is one of the two that I regularly treat as a go-to strain, (The other being Panama Red). I almost exclusively smoke sativas, as indicas often leave me in a paranoid ball. Acapulco Gold is one of the "OG" landrace sativas, famed as far back as the 60's. It's the original "Mexican" weed. Light doses of this I find make me feel talkative, social, relaxed (yet energetic), and creative. Higher doses can be almost transcendently euphoric and even psychedelic. I find I want to create and make things, go on hikes, ski and work on projects with this. I've also had some life-changing meditation experiences with the assistance of this. I started meditating many years ago using "Mexican" weed, and I found it was very helpful for getting me in a kind of flow state which was very conducive to meditation. I could sit for hours, and had some extremely profound experiences as a result. Listening to Enya sounds amazing on this. I find it helpful to compare it to Panama Red, (my other go-to), which is another OG landrace sativa. Panama Red is like it's more mellow cousin. When you want to chill on the couch with your friends like in "That 70's Show", and be relaxed, and euphoric, and even aroused and want to make out, but still have plenty of energy and be able to hold a conversation and go do stuff? That's what Panama Red is all about. Acapulco Gold on the other hand, is much more energetic and euphoric, makes you want to talk, hike, do art, make stuff, and have profound experiences. This is a great weed to go skiing with. It is a fantastic experience and I can't recommend it enough.
One word to say it all "amazing"
It’s an absolutely solid strain, it’s very intense and feels more like an indica than a sativa imo.
