I smoked some 20% from Caylpso in PA. It smelled earthy and tasted awesome. I have bad sleep issues and one bowl of this has me in dreamland in no time.
I really recommend this strain. I'm a cancer guy and actually, with Afghani, I can say bye bye nausea and welcome back my appetite. Pain? No alike before start my medical marijuana treatment.
Long awkward body high that make me feel like I was hammered. I was dropping everything, Knocked my bong over twice, and I was really dizzy. This isn't coming from a baby toker either. I'm a Washington medical patient. I've been smoking daily for a little more than a year now and this has to be my least favorite strain i've ever tried. May just be a bad batch but it made me feel like shit. Staying away from Afghani from now on. 5/10
Totally underrated. Tight frosted nugs for the eye. Dulce de leche for the nose and toungue. A cream-textured smoke for the cheeks and lungs. A relaxing effect in small doses. A uniquely dreamy effect in larger ones.
Great for pain. It reduced my back pain and relieved a significant amount of the muscle tightness and spasming that my injury brings on. This really doesn't seem like a recreational strain - for me, at least - but it's great medicine. Before vaping, I gave the bud a sniff: a very full and rich spicy scent. The taste upon vaping was heavy and thick, yet very pleasant. Moments after inhaling I could feel my muscles disengage, my back loosen, my whole body relax. Again, great for nerve (like sciatica) or back pain if you're able to get your hands on a good cut.
I deal with anxiety and usually need a way to decompress and relax into sleep. Afghani doesn’t leave me couch locked but puts me in a deeply relaxed state. It is also wonderful for tension headaches. It is a part of my nighttime routine.
My fav week night strain when I’m stressed and have trouble sleeping.
My go-to for anxiety. For me, it's entirely body-high, and nothing cerebral. After developing a mild tolerance, I can easily take this during the day and still get work done and complete my chorin'.
Smell is great from both the herb and the vapor, doesn't make me absurdly hungry, dry mouth is negligible.
For your run-of-the-mill anxiety, this is a no-brainer. Stick with the classics and you can't go wrong.
