I've had this strain before, but forgot to review it. I was pretty indifferent to it the first time I tried it. This time around I got it because it was on sale. The buds were small because the batch was low. They were fairly compact. Very frosty. The smell was really lovely. Fresh, citrusy, clean. The smoke was a little harsh, but relatively thick. The taste was quite different than the smell. It was deeper, earthier, almost like a really weak incense. The high was calming and crept a bit. It wasn't super heavy on the body or the mind at first, just nice and comfortable. As I took more hits it became sedating, really soothing pain and quieting the mind. Stoney, but meditative.
This strain will knock. You. Out. If you use this one during the day, get ready for the yawns to come rolling in. Night time use is great, because it makes you happy and relaxed, then smacks you upside the head with a billy club lol.
This strain is one of the best total sedation strains I have tried. If you want all pain and anxiety and worry to be gone you have to try. Will not disappoint!
Great pick for night time.
Indica strain of the week: Afghani. This one is a “straight up” indica, often bred with other strains to create interesting hybrids. Tiny buds, not that it’s a problem. Sticky. Scent reminds me of a Christmas tree. Deep indica high, and strong at 22.4%. More than the usual amount of CBD also, at 0.41%. Good price, just $37 for a quarter after the tax...The only tax I don’t mind paying. Recommended. #IndicaStrainOfTheWeek #WeedPorn
Very strong. Kind of fruity taste. Very long lasting, perfect for late night use. Had me and my gang laughing for hours until it finally knocked us out.
Taste like carrots.
Luv it. Due to my high levels of stress, this levels all of that out. Plus I'm getting great sleep since this pack been in. I smoke it straight, or I mix it with green crack. Just my thing.
