This was the first strain I used and my god, it's so good. Very strong high, with pleasant emotions and a chill feel overall. I was going through a horrible depressive episode and this pulled me out of it and kept me afloat. 11/10
I smoked 2 woods back to back… definitely took place as my second favorite strain. As a medical marijuana user, I highly recommend this for psychiatric reasons/treatment. Really smooth, no harsh aftertaste.
Super happy “build a fort” type of high, followed with a really chill relaxed high towards the end. Felt artistically inspired
Some of the Best weed you can smoke/vape and it's commonly available. I tried it today for the first time, and it took about 20 minutes to absorb the experience and then said to myself, "hell yeah". Definitely impressed and happy with trying this one. I used the Solo II dry herb vaporizer at 400°, and even up to 410, that apple scent and taste is unmistakable. The high is euphoric in the body and mind, tingly. Some euphoric strains are not necessarily happy; and some happy strains are not really euphoric, but this is both. It is a happier GG4, and I think any lover of that strain would like this.
Omg my favorite strain to date. sweet and earthy notes, with a light cheesy apple pastry taste. The high is balanced relaxation with the ability to still accomplish something. I’m a huge fan
This strain makes me feel so damn HAPPY. I can’t stop smiling and giggling. Also, it makes me feel really relaxed because my arthritis pain completely disappears. 10/10.
In day time I enjoy a good sativa. I picked AF up as a two-fer, my dispensary in Lynn, MA has great deals. I like to experiment with entourage effects. By about mid-day, I usually pick up an indica; this time, I tried AF to layer over the sativa. I wanted to document how I felt with the two overlapping strains. Well, the first 2 draws of AF made it so I couldn't remember what I was trying to write about. It progressed to a complete divorce from ambition, motivation, competition, and any other annoying stressful things PTSD anxiety drags me through. Strains like this are great for "what if" thinking. What if my sister dies, what if I get old and can't take care of myself, blah blah. AF makes it "la, la, la, lahhh, la la", if that makes any sense.
I smoked a bit too much to start, so it made me sleepy, but still, I think this is a great strain for relaxing and for anxiety. It calmed both my body and mind. I have anxiety in the pit of my gut that never goes away, and this reached that. I felt that it more than just medicated (covered) the problem, but temporarily helped heal it. The tension in my shoulders and jaw also dropped. So I felt very mellow. It did lower my cognitive abilities and I couldn't follow the plot of my murder mystery TV show, but I didn't care. It would be great for listening to music. It does cause the scalp to tingle, and it does affect the mind, but not in a sativa heavy way. Just in a relaxing way. The intense high lasted 2 or 3 hours and now I'm just more calm. With so many strains I've tried, even some indicas, I might feel relaxed but also this odd energizing push or tension. While there was a little of that, it was the lowest of any strain I've tried. It never prevented me from relaxing. If I felt any tension I could remind myself to relax and I could. Sometimes the strain itself makes it hard to chill, even if you decide to, but not this one. I highly recommend giving it a try, especially for anxiety/PTSD type stuff. It is more of an afternoon into evening type high. It's probably good for sleep too at higher doses. This one definitely goes in my medicinal tool kit. After trying 20 plus strains, this is one I will definitely load up on!
