definitely mellows me out after a long work day I sleep well as. well not too much on getting munchies . you feel effects generally after 2 hits .

I've had this in flower form and crumble. My stress melted away and I was able to make lunches and settle in for some work once the kids were off at school. My stomach felt better, which is what I have my medical card for. It didn't make me tear my pantry apart, but I was able to eat some food once I started coming down. It smells divine! The crumble was more banana-like, but the flower was definitely fruity. Very good, 5 stars!
