Shatter form Black Jack is killer tasty potent stuff! Sooooooo good! 5 Stars with out a doubt!
This is shatter produced by the company Pure Concentrates.
It is a beautiful amber honey color. It has more of a pull and snap consistency. If you just pull is slowly it strings out.
The taste is unbelievable! It has that usual oil/concentrate/terpy kinda taste that I feel all oils have in common, but I can undoubtedly pick out the earthy notes and a citrus/orange taste to the far back of my mouth/throat. This is some seriously good tasting concentrate. One of the best I've had imo from this company.
I recommend trying Pure Concentrates if you like your shatters and what nots.
Very good stuff!
The one great thing about this strain is the calming, even effects you get from it. You feel totally focused and in control, an excellent daytime medicine, which lasts a super long time. This is an excellent strain without any paranoid feelings whatsoever..
My newest favorite in the hybrid family. Reggie Blackwater
I'm in my 70s and old school for sure. Now that my grandkids are grown and weed is legal in my state I thought I'd re-visit my irresponsible years and "copped a lid" 😆 from a vendor. After all these years any commercial bud would have unscrewed my wingnuts. I can't describe this strain any better than the more experienced smokers who left their great reviews. It tastes earthy, reminds me of that dark and sweet Southeast Asian leaf I smoked late 60s early 70s. Good for the head as well as those achy joints. It was a good call and I will certainly get more when it's back in stock.
A good friend and fellow patient of mine brought this over to my place the other day to try and I was pleasantly surprised. The buds were VERY small and SUPER dense but they were light green and really frosty so I gave it a chance! The high was surprisingly long-lasting and onset fairly quickly. It was heady and happy with a slight body high. I would say this strain is good medicinally for Fatigue, Stress, and Nausea. 3/5

TLDR: great sativa for focus, calm, creativity, music. Had about half a bowl with immediate and decently lasting effect.
Review coming from a typical everyday, sometimes all day smoker--but with a recent significant unintentional tolerance break from rationing.
I deal with PTSD, depression, ADHD, mild to moderate discomfort from trauma-based fibromyalgia (pain can spike but not currently.)
I tried this when it was on sale at Strawberry Fields Columbus, and will certainly get it again assuming it doesn't get too expensive. I made a small bowl, with a bit of the catnip-dandelion-grinder keef blend I've been using in place of weed lately. It felt amazing, giving me a calm focus and the immediate desire to play my guitar (which I had been putting off a bit due to lack of energy and creativity). I was able to play surprisingly quite well, with great intonation even though I haven't been playing as much as I should lately. I was completely chill just playing--I came to the acoustic guitar for the purpose of accompanying myself singing, but I was perfectly content just working on my playing. I felt like I was putting the emotion and intentions of the words into my playing, creating different rhythms for different phrases of a song.
Heavy duty pain relief. Almost stuporus. Nice level out and long lasting.
This was the first bud I ever smoked. I never knew what it was called so I've been searching for a long time. Went to the dispensary and the bud tender recommended it. I smelled it and got a half chub. lol Smells very pungent with a mixture of citrus (grapefruit?), skunk and tobacco. Kind of spicy too. The unique smell is what made me fall in love. Tastes amazing, citrusy and peppery. Awesome high that lasts for a while. Smoked half a bowl and was feeling cloudy in my head and lightweighted throughout my body. Made me want to listen to some music and fat kid dance while I cooked. You can still focus, but it might take a while to do stuff. Glad that one of my favorites finally has a name!
