It was pretty quick high, but relaxing. You can feel yourself come down off this strain like jumping off a diving board. Quick, relaxing, and calm.

I really liked this particular bud. For starters, it has one of the most luring smells i've ever encountered, and, although the smoke isn't as delicious as you'd expect, the buzz is great. I highly recommend for anxiety and stress.
